Terms and Condition

This legal contract is formed when you agree to the binding terms and conditions when purchasing a package including products and services. Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time.

WEDDINGS/EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

1: JFresh Photography is chosen to service live coverage of the event in accordance to the nominated package details therein and additional
services if any.

2: A $100 non refundable holding deposit is required to secure the requested date. 80% of total package is to be paid 3 months prior to event date.

3: Remaining 20% must be paid within 4 weeks after job completion notification. If total payment has not been received, a $50 fee will be charged continuously
(monthly) until the 20% is paid prior to or upon pick up of products.

4: Last minute booking requests requires the full 80% to be paid immediately if requested date is available. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of request.

5: JFresh Photography hold no responsibility to remind clients of payments after contract is signed. We reserve the right to cancel your event when payments are not met within the stated time frame. We do not accept payments on the day of the event.

6: Photographer/s are to be assigned table and meals if covering more than 8hrs.

7: Details acquired from online enquiry are basic and unfinalised. Clients are to provide correct details when completing and signing forms. Two weeks prior to the event, clients are to finalise and confirm schedule, details and other amendments applicable to photographer/s.

8: Hours stipulated in all packages include travel ( continuous hours) on the day.

9: Changes to date or times after bookings, client/s must notify service asap and understand that the changes may clash with other bookings and there is no guarantee of coverage for the new date. If a double booking exists, service will do it’s best to assign another photographer which will incur additional costs to be covered by client and paid prior to the event. Where no photographer can cover, service will notify client asap prior to the event and will refund any payment excluding non-refundable deposit.

10: Package upgrades and additional products purchased before the event will be recalculated to the standard 80%. The difference will need to be paid immediately.

11: Additional orders after event are to be paid in full prior to pick up.

12: Jfresh Photography claim all rights to images and will be used for promotional purposes.  JFresh Photography will use clients names in relation with pics posted up on their blog or Facebook page. Client/s can use images for personal use, anything outside requires written permission unless granted by JFresh Photography.

13. Jfresh Photography endeavours to provide the finished product in a timely fashion – the service goal for post production is 6-8 weeks or less depending on the package. Whilst the aim to exceed expectations and deliver well within timeframes we do experience extreme workloads during some months. During these times the service goal would be approx. 9-12 weeks.

14: All products can be picked up from office/shop location. Postage/Freight option is available at clients own cost which includes handling fee. Prior to posting products they are securely packaged to withstand rigorous travels. Damaged products are to be returned mail exactly how it was received at clients own expense for investigation. JFresh Photography will take responsibility and supply new product and cover costs of postage if at JFresh Photography fault. If product damage is at no fault of JFresh Photography the full cost to repair and postage is at the responsibility of client/s.

STUDIO and OUTDOOR PORTRAITS

1: When making a booking online you are committed to the time booked and full payment for package must be paid online. Payments can be made using a variety of payment options available on our website.

2: Clients time start on the hour booked and not before. Late arrival for any reason does not meet a time extension, shoot will be according to time remaining. Outfit changes are included in the booking time if outfit change is requested.

3: Reschedule of booking is to be made 48 hours prior to shoot. Failure to do so incurs a 50% non refundable fee. Contact JFresh Photography within 48 hours to reschedule a new booking date and time.

4: Cancelled bookings will not be refunded.

5: Additional products purchased on the day require full payment.

6. Jfresh Photography endeavours to provide the finished product in a timely fashion – the service goal for post production is 5-7 days or less. Whilst the aim to exceed expectations and deliver well within timeframes we do experience extreme workloads during some months. During these times the service goal would be approx. 7-14 days.

7: Photos will be uploaded to clients online account where photos can be downloaded and purchased in it’s highest resolution.

8: In terms of file corruption during download client must contact JFresh Photography. If there is an issue with the website we will make the necessary effort to fix it. If repair time exceeds 2 days an appointment to view photos at our studio will be organised.

9: Jfresh Photography claim all rights to images and will be used for promotional purposes. Client/s can use images for personal use, anything outside requires written permission unless granted by JFresh Photography.
